Why a direct link to the review window?

Searching for a restaurant on Google, opening its profile, finding the "Write a review" button: every step makes some customers give up. The direct link opens the review window in a single tap, on mobile and desktop.

It is the same link Google offers in your Business Profile, without having to log in to your account: you only need to find your business.

Where to use your link and QR code

Print the QR code on a table tent, at the counter, on receipts or on takeaway bags. Place it where customers wait or have just finished their meal: that is when they are most willing to share their experience.

The link fits in a text message, a confirmation email, your email signature or your social media bio.

What not to do

Google forbids offering anything in exchange for a review, and asking only happy customers. Simply ask your customers to share their experience, whatever it is: regular, honest reviews are worth more than a perfect, suspicious rating.

Frequently asked questions

Is the link really free?

Yes. The link is provided by Google, we only help you find it. It never changes and does not depend on SpinWinGo: it keeps working without a subscription.

My business does not show up in the search, what can I do?

Try the name as it appears on Google Maps, followed by the city. If your profile does not exist yet, create it for free on Google Business Profile: the link will be available as soon as it is verified.

PNG or SVG for printing?

SVG is a vector format: it stays sharp at any size, ideal for a printer. The high-definition PNG (2048 pixels) is enough for home printing or on-screen use.

Can I give something to customers who leave a review?

No: Google forbids any reward conditioned on a review. You can, however, offer a game or a loyalty programme open to all customers, unrelated to leaving a review.
